Do you kneed to exchange your item or change the size? Or do you want to create a return or make a complaint? Find more information about the process here.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
- You can create a return and send back your purchase within 30 days. Purchases made from 15 of november has extended return policy until 12 of january 2025.
- It is possible to exchange an item you have bought online at any of our concept stores.
- This right does not apply if the product has been used and/or the seal is removed.
Do you want to return your item?
How to return an order delivered within Sweden:
- Regardless of which delivery option you chose for your order, you return your item purchased online free of charge by filling in the accompanying return form from us, then you fill in your order number and your customer details via PostNord here.
- When you have filled in your information, you will receive a QR-code by SMS or e-mail.
- Carefully pack your products in suitable packaging together with the physical return form, please reuse the original packaging.
- Bring your packaged return and show the QR code at your nearest PostNord service point.
- The service point prints a return label and attaches it to your package and gives you a receipt confirming that the return has been sent.
How to return an order delivered outside of Sweden and Finland:
Please fill in the return form included in the package and return the item to us as a tracked shipment. The shipping cost of the return will be at your expense as the customer.
How to return an order delivered within Finland:
Please fill in the return form included in the package and return the item to us as a tracked shipment. If the delivery was made with Budbee, the return is free of charge. For other return methods, the shipping cost will be at your expense as the customer.
Return in-store
Bring the item to your nearest concept store and show the receipt or the QR code at the bottom of your order or delivery confirmation to process a return.

Do you want to exchange an item or size?
For an exchange of a product purchased online, or to switch to an entirely new item, follow the same process as for a return. See the instructions above. Once you have sent in your item, simply place a new order on our website.
COMPLAINTS
If you need to make a complaint about your product, the issue must be reported to us verbally or in writing within a reasonable timeframe. Then send the defective product to us by following the steps above, similar to a return.
You can also drop off the product along with the return form at one of our concept stores.
